Printing Demands
A. Printing Information: Color of the rubber, EXP, MFG, Batch No., as well as the volume of the package, in total three lines.
B. Need the industrial inkjet printer to work with the rubber continuous filling line. After the rubber filling into the rubber casing, it will move on the production line continuously. And the cutter will cut the casing full of rubber into 30cm(500ml) pieces. When the cutter cuts, the production line will stop for about 2 seconds, then it will move. And theB3020 small character inkjet printer prints when it moving. Need the printer to print on each cutting piece correctly.
C. The ink must be dry very quickly after printing, as it needs to cut in about 3 seconds after printing.
