Handheld Inkjet Printer consumables use pay attention to "three"

Handheld inkjet printer consumables have strict requirements on the choice, in which the three point is very important.

1. do not mix different manufacturers" ink. A performance index of the inkjet printer consumables in the design process have strict requirements. Such as ink particle size, viscosity, conductivity, drying time, adhesion, corrosion resistance, pH value should be in a certain range, different supplies, the ink  designed is not universal. The inkjet printer manufacturers will inform the customer, such as the use of non recognition of consumables, consequences same use inferior ink, lose the warranty.
2. different types of ink & color, it is can not mix together. Inkjet printer ink types, difference, it will made by different chemical composition, dye and so on. So do not mix different types of ink. If mix different ink, it will prone to physical reaction to form precipitates or produce chemical reaction. Thus, damage to the printhead, then whole ink-jet system will be broken, printing can not work any more.

3. expired inks and ink do not mix new. Ink jet printer ink above are marked with the expiration date or production date, if exceed to the shelf-life, ink quality will be greatly reduced, some ink can"t even normal use, so when in the selection, must be see whether within the warranty period. Also in the process of using if jet printing quality is bad, also please check whether it is caused by the ink expired.
