Operating Procedure of CYCJET Industrial inkjet printers/High resolution inkjet printers

I. Starting the Inkjet printer System(Powder On):

  Press the red button on machine, it will enter the operation interface in 15s.

1.Remove the black protective cap from the printhead(some model have);

2. Choose the TEST file in the printer(max character height), move a piece of paper closely to the printhead, then check if the printing is clear. If clear, you can start to work; if not, please squeeze ink and drying the printhead surface for try printing again.

 II. Turn off Industrial inkjet printers:

   Press the red button directly to turn off the printer after finish printing, no need do anything.

III. Adjustment(commissioning):

After locating the printer, if you need to adjust the exact printing position, please follow the points:

  1. Please adjust the space between printhead surface and product surface within 3-5mm(better distance);

  2.Adjust the sensor near the printhead;

  3.Adjust the speed, delay, and bold through the color touch screen to adjust the printing position, don’t   move the printer random at same time.

  4.If above information still can’t accomplish exact position, then you can small move the printer and adjust the param to make a suitable position.

Note: If you move the printer position, and also adjust the parameter at same time from the start, it will be difficult to print at an exact position.
